It will not buffer at all and keeps stuttering at 2 - 3 second intervals. But if I want to watch this last one, there's a pause every 2 or 3 seconds. Frustrating. I've even restarted the computer, I've got the latest version of Explorer. Is there anything I need to download/update perhaps?
